Whether you are a group of friends or family looking for a quiet home base after sight-seeing and gaming on The Strip, or if you are a business traveler seeking a calm haven with a private pool under palm trees, please look no further and consider this home, designed for you: the experienced, discriminating traveler.

This two-story home is located about 15 minutes by car from the famous Las Vegas Strip, in a quiet community in the Silverado Ranch neighborhood.The home has an open, airy floor plan and includes a pool and hot tub, a pool table, and televisions in every bedroom and living area.

ALL BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS: There are four bedrooms upstairs: the master suite with a king bed and private en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks and a walk-in closet a second bedroom with two twin beds and a third and fourth bedroom each with queen beds. There is a separate full bathroom in the hallway near the bedrooms with a shower, sink and vanity area, and toilet.

OFFICE: There is an additional office for our business travelers, with two desks and a couch for relaxing.

BATHROOMS: The home has two full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom room (sink, vanity area and toilet) downstairs, between the living areas. The master bedroom has a shower stall and separate bathtub, while the second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Toiletries like hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided for guests.

LIVING AREAS & GENERAL LAYOUT: The house has a very open design with the main downstairs family room open to the dine-in kitchen and a door leading out from this area to the pool area. There is a formal living area downstairs at the front of the house, which is where we put a new Spencer Marston pool table, and a formal dining room for family meals. Both the family room and pool table room have 55-inch Smart TVs for your viewing pleasure.

DINING AREAS: There are several dining areas: The formal dining room has seating for 6 the exterior covered patio has a table and chairs for 6 the table near the kitchen (looking out to the pool) has bar stools for 4. Upon special request, the pool table can be converted into an additional dining table for 8.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has tile countertops, a double sink, oven, refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher, food processor, coffee maker, toaster as well as pots, pans, chef's knives, silverware, plates/dishes, wine glasses, beer glasses, plasticware for the pool area, and much more. Coffee, spices, and other basic cooking supplies are stocked in the home, and food shopping is a breeze with a large, modern Smith's supermarket just around the corner from the house on Silverado Ranch Blvd.

POOL AREA: The family room and kitchen look out onto the sparkling blue pool in a lush, private back yard. There is a covered patio with a dining table and chairs for six, a large gas grill for barbecues with family and friends, and a hot tub. The pool is not heated and is maintained weekly or bi-weekly (depending on the season) by a professional pool service to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

LAUNDRY ROOM: As you enter the house from the garage, you will enter the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for guests, as are all cleaning supplies like dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc.

GARAGE & PARKING: Guests will have access and are encouraged to park in the private garage which is attached to the house. The large driveway also offers additional space.

NEIGHBORHOOD & STRIP ACCESS: The home is approximately 7-8 miles from both the famous Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport, and is 2 miles from the 215 freeway making the home convenient for access all over the Las Vegas area. Shopping is a breeze: As you drive to the strip, you'll pass the Las Vegas Premium Outlets shopping center and then pass the lovely European-style Town Square shopping center - and both are filled with restaurants, too. Even closer to the house - just around the corner - is a modern Smith's supermarket with everything you might need from simple snacks or to supplies to cook gourmet meals. Across the street from the shopping center is a CVS for any drug store needs. There are also several fast-food places in the same shopping center.

HOUSING COMMUNITY: We respect our neighbors in our delightful, small and very calm subdivison of homes and hope to rent to respectful travelers who understand they will become a temporary part of the neighborhood. This is a family home, and not a 'PARTY HOUSE.'

RATES & LENGTH OF STAY: We favor longer rentals and do not rent the home non-stop to help maintain the quality of our home and to respect our neighbors.
