MASTER BATHROOM: The master bathroom is directly off the master bedroom and features a large closet with shelves, space for hanging clothing, a shower/bath combo, vanity area and toilet.
EAT-IN KITCHEN: This fully-equipped kitchen has all the major appliances, plus the small ones like a blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, as well as all the cooking supplies you might need like pots and pans and basic spices. There is seating for two at the bar at the kitchen and then a separate table with two more barstools.
DOWNSTAIRS
SECOND BEDROOM: A small second bedroom with a large closet is located on the ground floor of the townhome. It features a queen sofabed, suitable for guests. It has a view out to the private, fenced garden.
HALF BATHROOM: Next to the second bedroom off of a hallway is a half bathroom, which has a sink/vanity area and a toilet. Perfect for guests using the second bedroom.
GENERAL: Guests enjoy Wifi access, two TVs with Amazon Fire Sticks, and all utility bills paid. An electricity limit may be placed on summer rentals, in which the renter might need to pay a supplement if electricity use is excessive.
GARAGE: Spacious two car garage which also houses the clothes washer and dryer.
