MASTER BATHROOM: The master bathroom is directly off the master bedroom and features a large closet with shelves, bins, several racks for hanging clothing, a shower/bath combo, vanity area and toilet.
EAT-IN KITCHEN: This fully-equipped kitchen has all the major appliances, plus the small ones like a food processor, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, as well as all the cooking supplies you might need like pots and pans and basic spices. There is seating for two at the bar at the kitchen and then a separate table with four more barstools.
WORKSPACE: At the top of the stairs you'll find a work desk with a monitor and HDMI cable so you can hook up your laptop and work comfortably while on the road. There is a printer in the master bedroom closet.
DOWNSTAIRS
SECOND BEDROOM: A small second bedroom with a large closet is located on the ground floor of the townhome. It features a double Simmons BeautyRest Luxury Firm mattress. This room looks out onto the private, fenced garden.
HALF BATHROOM: Next to the second bedroom off of a hallway is a half bathroom, which has a sink/vanity area and a toilet. Perfect for guests using the second bedroom.
GENERAL: Guests enjoy Wifi access, a 55-inch Smart TV, and all utility bills paid. An electricity limit may be placed on summer rentals, in which the renter might need to pay a supplement if electricity use is excessive.
GARDEN: This property has a fully-fenced wrap-around garden (L-shaped, access from the garage). It's a shady, comfortable spot to have a drink!
2-CAR GARAGE: Spacious two car garage which also houses the clothes washer and dryer.
